There is a flat screen television with DVD player in the living room on the main level and in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Property has one large deck on the front, a small deck by the back door, and a deck coming off the master bedroom on the second level. Minutes from downtown Black River Falls, Lake Wazee Rec Park, Robinson creek & numerous fishing areas!brbrAfter a day of adventures (or relaxation), you'll want to gather around the fire pit while counting the numerous stars, hear the whipperwills call and listen to the coyotes sing in the distance. You might even hear a wolf howl or an Elk bugle !brbrWe have 3 bedrooms that sleep a total of 9 adults. In the master bedroom, there is a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. 2 Bedrooms have a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. One bedroom has a pull-out trundle bed and the other has a toddler mattress and a pack-and-play available. There is also a stack washer/dryer as well.brbrThe family room has a full wall of windows to enjoy the pine views and let in an ample amount of sunshine throughout the day. There is a large sectional with an ottoman, an antenna TV that gets all the local channels and a DVD/Blue Ray player with a DVD collection. There is also a variety of games.brbrThe Kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, and microwave. We also have the basics for cooking your own meals. We also have some outside seating to take in the sights and sounds of the woods.brbrFeel free to explore the trails whether you are walking, biking, snowshoeing or skiing. You may ride your ATV's directly to the Jackson Co. trails which are a mile away down both Dodge road and Oak Ridge road. Our roads are ATV posted so there is no need to trailer your ATV's. Jackson Co. has some fantastic trails and they connect all the way up to Clark Co. so you can ride until your heart is full!! (Or your butt is sore ;-) brbrWe are nestled on the south loop of the Jackson Co. ATV trail system. a 1-mile drive down dodge road to the west takes you to one trail entrance, a 1-mile drive down Oak Ridge Road to the north takes you to another trail entrance. You can also go further down Dodge road to Robinson Creek where there are beautiful cliffs and rushing waters. Grab a couple of lawn chairs and a cooler and sit in the spring-fed creek on a hot day to cool off. You can also kayak/canoe the creek or venture to the Black River for a nice paddle as well. We have numerous trails throughout the 50 acres that you can explore. You will find various species of Pine, Oak, Maple, Poplar, and Birch trees. Blue Jays and the Karner Blue Butterflies are common. We often see deer, turkey, porcupines, and an occasional fisher wander through. brbrTRAILERS: Our driveway is a straight shot about 100yds long. Longer trailers may need to back up/back out because there isn't a lot of space to turn around. Again, the drive is straight so backing up isn't too tricky.brbrWe are about 10 mins from downtown Black River Falls where you can stroll through the picturesque downtown. Sand Creek Brewery has tours and a tasting room or visit a number of quaint bar & grills in the area. Black River Falls is also home to the FIelds of Honor Veterans Memorial near the Dam. You can also see the Native American influence by driving east to the Andrew Blackhawk Pow Wow grounds. You can also visit the Ho-Chunk Casino in the same area as well. brbrIn the summer you can find a beach at Lee Lake, Lake Wazee Co. park, or enjoy the Hoffman aquatics center in Black River Falls. The park also has a large playground, skate park, and sledding hill.br brYou can visit the Lunda Community Center where they have an indoor aquatics park, fitness center, basketball courts, indoor golf simulator, racquetball, and a rock climbing wall.brbrEvery season has its unique charm in this area. Each home has its' own wood-burning fire place, out door hot tub (facing Serenity Lake, your own fire pit and beach so you can swim and fish right from your cottage!!brbrWe have kayak, canoe, paddle board, floating oasis and rowboat rentals available or you are welcome to bring your own.brbrIf you rent for a 2-night stay and it includes a Friday or a Saturday, it is a weekend rate.brbrPets are $40 for the first pet, for 2 nights and $10 per night after that. Each additional pet is $20 for the first two nights and $10 per night after that.brbrPets are $75 for the first pet for a full week and $50 for each additional pet.brbrbrAlso, major holidays are a 4-night minimum; minor holidays are a 3-night minimum and the opening rifle deer hunt is a 5-night minimum. Welcome to beautiful Lee Lake, with its serene lake views and our adorable rustic cabin! This cozy two bedroom, two bath traditional log cabin amid the Black River Falls, WI state forest is exactly what you need to rest, rejuvenate, and be at one with nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch among the pines, or watch the sunset grilling on the back deck. brbr(*NOTE: The dock and watercrafts are removed during the winter season due to lake ice and snow. Approximately October- April, but varying seasonally.) brbrbrWith features such as natural wood, rustic and elemental finishes, and industrial style decor, this cabin is the perfect place for a couple or small family to spend a weekend or longer. It feels very remote, yet is close to the interstate and ATV / snowmobile trails, with access to hiking, biking and fishing. We have a stage 2 EV charter/240 RV hookup available as well!brbrThe property features a private shoreline and a 20-foot dock on the small, peaceful, no-wake Lake Lee. You’re welcome to bring your swimsuits and enjoy the public access white sand “groomed” beach just a two-minute walk down the road, or stay within the privacy of your own lakeside retreat. Approximately November - March, but varying seasonally.) brbrOur paddleboat, two kayaks, 17' canoe with oars, hammocks (2), beach towels and fishing poles are all provided for our guests, as well as a backyard fire pit for s’mores and telling late night ghost stories. brbrThe home has a fully appointed kitchen, complete with armoire refrigerator, dishwasher, oven / stove, coffee cart, and all the necessities. There’s plenty of space in the great room to spread out, and the main floor features the master bedroom with a queen size bed and bath with standing shower. The open loft upstairs has a toddler-safe cable railing, with a full/twin bunk bed set, and lots of play space. The basement boasts a 2025 remodel with a second full bathroom. Hang out in the basement as well to watch TV and play games in the rec room - complete with retro video game arcade machine! Featuring 10 different games for endless entertainment, including Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, Rally-X, and more!brbrThis home offers sleeping accommodations for up to five guests with the existing beds: Master queen (2), and loft bunk bed full (2) and twin (1). However, if your group is larger, we have linens available for the two futons (+2) and a queen air mattress (+2) at an additional fee, allowing sleeping for eight guests. We welcome furry family members (pets) with a nominal fee. Washer and dryer use within the home is complimentary for guests. Infant / baby items (pack and play, kitchen items, toys, etc.) are available upon request.
