Our property is just across a very quiet street from this private access shared with a few neighbors and is a short 30 second walk from the drive way to this beautiful beachfront. Note: We do not allow guests to park a boat on the dock or shore of our lake access. Only the owners of the shared access have the privilege to use the dock for boat parking. However, feel free to use the dock for lounging and swimming from it, as well as attaching floats for your water recreation needs.brBedrooms all feature memory foam mattresses including a king size TempurPedic mattress. After renting this cottage for three years, we jumped at the opportunity to buy it in 2018. Our property has 150 feet of zero-entry, firm sand frontage - which is important to us with two children in elementary school. On many days after fishing and tubing we have pulled our chairs into the lake, opened a beverage and watched the kids playing in the warm, shallow water.brbrThere are two nice golf courses within ten minute of the cottage, and within 30 minutes are three other courses that make the ‘best courses in Wisconsin’ lists. After a long day on the lake or course, you and your family can enjoy a beautiful bonfire just steps from the water - we’ll even supply all the firewood you’ll need for your stay!brbrThe cottage is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen has all the amenities of home - coffeemaker, microwave, stove and oven; a full supply of pots, pans, & silverware you’ll need to make a great meal, which you can enjoy with an incredible view of the lake from the dining room or off the deck with its large picnic table.brbrThere are three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and great view of the lake from its picture windows. It shares a hallway with the bathroom and the ‘kids bedroom’, the largest bedroom with two twin beds and a queen size bed, also with windows facing the lake. The ‘guest bedroom’ has a queen bed on the other end of the house.brbrThe cottage has one large full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and one half-bathroom with toilet and sink.brbrWe have a large, private lot with plenty of room for games like bocce, bean bags and ladder golf. We also have a pedal boat and multiple adult/youth kayaks available for your use.brbrWautoma is a short drive from the lake, with two grocery stores, a hardware store, restaurants and plenty of shopping less than 10 minutes away.brbrWhen you vacation at our cottage, you’ll feel as though you’ve found a secluded lake ‘Up North’ without the drive and with the amenities of town nearby!

Please note there is one person who resides all year long in the above apartment. On occasion you will hear someone walking around upstairs but it won’t be bothersome, I promise!
