Sailing, swimming, tubing and fishing are our favorites. The fire pit is available to use and firewood is available at most nearby grocery stores. There is also room in the yard for cook-outs and yard games for your family to enjoy. brKids of all ages will enjoy swimming in the shallow water right off of the pier on a firm, sandy bottom. The kids love to watch the minnows swim and feed the ducks that like to come near the pier.brThe cottage is fully furnished, air conditioned, smoke-free and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a large variety of games that are available for you to use.brThe décor is comfortable and casual, with a bit of a nautical theme. You’ll love just relaxing in the front room or outside on the patio with a beautiful view of the lake. There are three Roku TV’s in the cottage if you are in the mood for a movie. brYou will love spending time in this open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is large enough to make a big meal, if you want to, with a table that seats 8. Plus, there is another table near it on the porch. If you need to do a little laundry when you are there, a washing machine and dryer are in the basement as well. Water shallow near beach perfect for kids and lounging in water. Our property is just across a very quiet street from this private access shared with a few neighbors and is a short 30 second walk from the drive way to this beautiful beachfront. Note: We do not allow guests to park a boat on the dock or shore of our lake access. Only the owners of the shared access have the privilege to use the dock for boat parking. However, feel free to use the dock for lounging and swimming from it, as well as attaching floats for your water recreation needs.brBedrooms all feature memory foam mattresses including a king size TempurPedic mattress.
