From there you can walk, bike, or rollerblade for miles on Ruston Way and go out to eat in the many fabulous restaurants on the waterfront. Just a short 5 mile drive on Ruston Way and you have Point Defiance Park a 702 acre park that is home to the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, Fort Nisqually, Vashon Island Ferry, 5 mile drive, hiking trails, tennis, boating, fishing, and beautiful forests to explore. The cottage is quick 5 minute drive to the cute Proctor and 6th Avenue districts, and a 5 minute drive to downtown. We are a 5 minute drive to UPS.brbrOld town established in 1869 is a short 7 minute walk from the cottage and features restaurants as well. I have a house manual with local activities to enjoy and menus for the Restaurants in Old Town and on Ruston Way waterfront. Commencement View Cottage is located on the very quiet street of North 31st and is set back off of the street so enjoy the peacefulness of this location.brbrThe house is set up with everything needed for you and your guests.
