This newly completed fully contained apartment in our family home in a quiet residential neighborhood is reached by a separate entrance one floor down from street level. This unit boasts a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area with all appliances. You’ll have full refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and a lovely gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. You’ll enjoy a comfortable leather sofa with two recliners which provides perfect viewing spot for 75 inch smart TV. The table seats 4 guests with multiple other seating areas for your group. The room has a lovely outlook to the wooded garden with a view of the Burke-Gilman trail with outdoor access to the full length deck through sliding doors. On the deck you can enjoy the view or grill on the large handy gas grill. Garden, patio and fire pit use by arrangement. brThe view bedroom sports a king size bed, nightstands with charging ports and an accent chair as well as television and large closet with built-ins. brThe second bedroom has a queen size bed, a full closet and a television. brAll rooms have easy access to the full bath with a deep soaking tub, shower and plenty of storage. Heated floor!brYour laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer as well as an additional sink. brYou will find your apartment well-stocked and maintained by the owner who lives upstairs and is always accessible.
