Spacious newly remodeled 3br 2ba in heart of the Seattle

Nice accommodation for our one night in Seattle! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Clean, organized & quick communication from host. Kitchen and bathrooms both provide the essentials, along with free parking- a bonus!

The host allowed us early check in which was very helpful as we rented the property ahead of the Seahawks game. The location was perfect, and only took us about 15 minutes to get to the stadium.The downside to this property was that the couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. (I’m honestly surprised that this wasn’t mentioned in any other review.) This made it difficult for our group to enjoy the living room area together. Thank goodness for the two brown chairs with ottomans. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen had seasonings which was nice, however the cookware probably needs to be replaced. Also, the oven does not reach a temperature above 350 degrees so we had trouble baking. Overall, the stay was okay and we were able to make it to the game which was the reason for our stay.

The whole apartment was very clean. Plenty of towels provided in the linen closet. Great parking space out front. Very close to a grocery store. Great communication with Chima to help us out with a mix up.

Everything was great.

The property was clean, spacious and very well organized. The host went above and beyond to stock the house with all the basic bathroom and kitchen amenities and also provided us with portable fans to help us stay cool if necessary. The house itself is clean, spacious and secure. Communication with the host and the ease of the check in and check out process was excellent!We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to book this place again on our future trips to Seattle.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is decorated very nicely and he’d everything we needed. We stayed 2 nights and had 3 people who stayed. The beds were comfortable and we all loved the pillows. It is in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Lake Washington. Our host was very responsive as well.

In town for a Seahawks game. This location was close to public transportation that was easy to get to and follow. No driving in Seattle all weekend, yay! The home was clean and out host was amazing. Each bedroom has a queen bed and fit our group of 6 (three couples) very nicely. Will 100% book again!

My sister and I needed a place to stay while my dad stayed for a procedure at the VA medical center in Seattle. We could not be happier with the location of the property. Getting back and forth from the hospital was so easy. The parking on the street felt safe and secure. We only used 2 bedrooms but liked that there was a TV in each room. We would stay again the next time we need to go to west Seattle area.

Home was clean and cozy and the host is awesome! Great communication and an easy check in/check out process with free parking! 5/5 rating for sure!!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay this time. But the process to request home and location was great.
