Welcome to the Oasis Cottage- the most popular location in 'Veranda Beach Resort' on Lake Osoyoos (warmest lake in PNW) & Canada. Mile-long Veranda beach is steps away and other exciting activities include spacious pool relaxing, hot tub, playground, sports fields, fitness center, biking, walking, ice cream/diner, wine tasting, fire pit, game room, movie nights & children's events! The ideal location for families, a place for kids to be kids, people watching & mingling. Be our guests!brbrOur family cottage was meticulously designed with visitors in mind. We are so excited to share this special place that will allow you to reconnect with sunny days on the lake. Our community is a gem!brbrOasis cottage has 6 beds in 3 bedrooms (a king, a full, 4 twins) as well as a full sofa sleeper - it's comfy but it’s still couch sleeping ;). We also provide a queen size blow up mattress. A vibrant living space with a spacious vaulted ceiling is perfect for hanging with the family, or celebrating a special occasion. The kitchen is updated and equipped with all the essentials your group needs, including both French press and drip coffee options for early mornings. The game and TV room features a foosball table and darts to enjoy. The king bedroom is simple, but oh-so-comfy, and kids (or adults!) of all ages will enjoy the bunk bed room or climb to the special loft room. brbrThe location can’t be beat. You’re at the heart of it all, the pool is a 30-second walk, the lake an effortless 1-minute stroll. The cabin itself is located on the Firerock ln, the starting point to the walking trail system. The Diner, fitness room and game room are across the street. Veranda Beach is your go-to for water sports on the warmest lake in the PNW. We offer toys, a wagon , towels, a cooler and a float pad for long beach adventures. After the sun sets, the community fire pit is next door for smor's or our private veranda will help you relax. Outdoor seating for 6 under the lights, 6 additional addirondak chairs circle a private fire pit and for chef cooked meals there is alfresco dining for 6. brbrPETSbrWe love furry friends and are happy to welcome up to two dogs for a pet fee of $50. If you are bringing more than two dogs, please message me to arrange additional payment ($50 each). Your pet fee must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your check in date or we reserve the right to cancel your stay with no refund. Please note - pets must be leashed while in community common space. Fenced in yard with lush grass for them to hang out, pick up after them before you leave! brbrEARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUTbrEarly check in and late check out must be considered on a case by case basis and are always almost approved when possible. You must obtain written approval from us approving either early check in or late check out.brbrQUIET HOURSbrQuiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If there is excessive noise or disturbances to our neighbors during these hours, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay with no refund.brbrFISH/GAMEbrWe love and respect our fellow hunters and fishers, but absolutely no game or fish cleaning allowed inside the cabin. There is an outdoor spiquet for those activites.brbrSHARED SPACES (access keys)brOur community offers a lovely pool, hot tub, game room, fitness room (no street shoes), diner, store and marina. Each reservation will be supplied one access key card for these ammendities. If the card is lost, a replacement can be had at the office at a cost of $25. brbrPARKINGbrParking is located at across the street, or at the rear of the community. To keep the streets kid-friendly no parking is allowed at the cottages. Load & Unload only. A parking pass will be provided for you to place on your vehicle dashboard. brbrTRASHbrEach night trash is collected at 8pm from the street. brbrSMOKINGbrAbsolutely no smoking in the cabin will be permitted.brbrLIABILITYbrThis rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premise. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.brbrGuests self check in via key code provided. Parking is convenient across the street or in the community parking for overflow. Load/unload parking anytime. Although we're a cozy cabin, you may have up to 4 people for your stay. brbrMost cabins can't fit a kitchen, but ours have just that. With a stovetop and oven, sink, microwave and a refrigerator, the Sportsman Cabin has everything you'll need to whip up any and every meal you'll want during your stay with us. brbrThe best part about this cabin is our cast iron wood burning stove, with wood provided. Use it to stay warm after a day of exploring. It'll give you and your guests that true cabin feel. A one-man sawmill was used to create this with passion for preserving history. A photo of what remained in Spring of 2000 is placed on the wall within the cabin to remind guests of the historical meaning the Cosmos Cabin holds. brbrThe cabin is equipped with a queen sized bed and a pull out couch that opens into a double sized bed. Use it to stay warm after a day of exploring, it'll give you and your guests that true cabin feel. brbrThis is a cabin carefully prepared for people with allergies, so no dogs are allowed in this cabin.
