Though beach strolling on neighboring beaches (not bulkheads [see note ^^ below of what bulkheads are, if unfamiliar]) is permitted at low tide, bringing down lawn chairs, beach towels, sunbathing, or temporarily storing lifejackets, paddles, paddleboards, or kayaks, etc. on neighboring beaches/the neighboring sea beans is not.brbr^^Please do not travel across neighboring bulkhead[s] (up from the beach, often with a concrete barrier) as they are considered private property.brbrOther things to note are that during the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day), there is a two-week maximum stay limit. The cottage is very private. It is a mix of rustic and chic. There is a 65 TV, Roku. The bed is a King Size Organic mattress and very comfortable. I keep this as non-toxic as possible.
