It has a large yard to play yard games, build a snow man, or just for your pet to play. There is a loft with a queen bed and the main floor offers bunk beds for your smaller family members. The property also has a hot tub that is maintained weekly. 25 minutes to downtown Leavenworth or Steven’s pass, it really is the perfect location! brDriveway will be plowed for 4 inches of snow or more. We do not sand or salt the drive or roads so please come prepared or check with the local weather forecast for possible icy conditions. br**Landscape maintenance comes late afternoon every Wednesday May thru October.br**Occasionally a bear may topple over the bear proof trash bin.
