Super fun place to stay, great location, close enough to walk to everything yet quiet. Tons of room. And John, was very helpful, accommodating, and quick to answer. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the location, the amount of space, and the amenities- strong air conditioning for hot days, lovely hot tub for cool evenings, a good kitchen for cooking group meals. Some challenges with host communication but they all worked out in the end. Would recommend this space.

Beautiful home and even better location! The perfect spot for anyone who wants to experience everything in Downtown Leavenworth, and very close to other great Leavenworth options, especially summer river tubing! Host was very easy, sent us all the details and were nice enough to offer us a slightly early check in and a later check out at our request. House had everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay, particularly in the kitchen area! Loved that each room was its own master with its own bathroom. Weather was HOT HOT HOT for our stay but the house was well equipped and stayed nice and cool the entire time.. what a paradise to retreat to after a few hours in the sun. The ONLY issue we ran into turned out to be not really an issue, more of an unclear directive— the street facing door is actually the homes back door, and the one where the code worked. When we arrived, thinking that the back door was the one in the ‘back’ of the home, the code did not work. I called and texted the numbers available during business hours on a weekday and did not get a reply. We figured it out within a few minutes, so it was A-OK, but would recommend a little more clarity in the arrival instructions. Also, unlike other vrbo’s, this stay did not come with a laundry list of “cleaning must-do’s” for check out. We are respectful guests and did clean everything we came in with, but it was refreshing to not feel like we NEEDED to do x-y-z or else we might face some kind of added fees.

Great house and easy walk to all things. We had 7 couples and it was perfect for gathering and also for everyone to have some personal space. En suites with each bedroom was excellent! Definitely will book again.

We We so enjoyed our stay. Six family members traveled from California we loved the closest to town and the river. The private suites are a plus. The kids hung out in the bunk room. This is my family's 3 time stayi g at either Hans or Frans. I look forward to the next visit. Six family members traveled from California.

Our group of 12 life long friends (we are all over 60!) had a magnificent time in this incredible home! This kitchen was the best stocked of any house we have stayed in...and we have been in many! En suites were perfect for everyone. Stairs were easy to get up between floors. Just a few minute walk to downtown! Our only regret was that we didn't book it for longer!

This property could not be more perfectly located, and appointed. It had everything needed for a family Thanksgiving!

House was clean and set up very well for our group. The kitchen was very large and common areas were comfortable to spend time in. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Walk-ability of the house was phenomenal to all of downtown and the river

We stayed in both the Hans and Franz lodge and they were amazing! Clean, fun, and spacious. Walking distance to just about everything you'd want to do in Leavenworth!

I would rate this property 10 stars because of its location. It’s 7 mins walk to the downtown, 2 mins walk to the grocery store and mc Donald’s. The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The big patio is a feather on the hat. We stayed with our family and friends and had a great time. Thank you!!
