Downstairs there is a full kitchen with granite countertops, appliances include a refrigerator & freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher & microwave. Dining table that seats six with four other chairs at the breakfast bar. The living room has a new leather queen sleeper sofa, Large TV and a gas fireplace. The balcony overlooks the outdoor swimming pool and Mount Mansfield. The guest room has 2 queen size beds with a full closet. There is also a full bathroom in this area and a washer & dryer. Walk down a small hallway and enter the 3rd bedroom, This has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is a TV and mini refrigerator, a full size closet and a half closet. The room also has a balcony with views of Mt Mansfield looking out over the heated swimming pool.
