You can take in the night sky or mountain and red rock views.brbrThe home consists of 2 levels. The main level of the home has an open concept floor plan with living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, half bath and master bedroom and bathroom. The upper level has a large family room with TV and surround sound, wet bar, 2 bedrooms and additional room with desk/office set up. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom with huge walk-in shower, double vanity and walk-in closet space. The upper level bedrooms have queen size beds with full size `loft` bed; able to sleep up to 4 in each room. The garage is available for guests to use and there is also parking on the driveway in front of the garage, the gravel driveway along the south side of the garage and along the street in front of the house. Multiple outdoor spaces give areas to gather outside with views of the La Sal Mountains or the Moab Canyon Rim.brbrThe entire house, garage and yard are available to guestsbrbrI live nearby and can help anytime.brbrQuiet neighborhood south of downtown Moab. The area is newly developed.brbrThis property is located 9 miles south of downtown Moab. An easy 15 minute drive. Arches National Park is 12 miles from the property.br*Please lock all exterior doors, close windows and garage door when leaving the house or checking out. Please leave doors closed while at the property to prevent insects and mice from getting into the house.br*Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the house or inside the garage under any circumstances. br*This home does NOT allow pets with exception of certified service animals of which must be approved prior to your arrival. If pets are found on the property, the guest will be charged additional cleaning fees and for any damage and be asked to leave without refund.br*Please obey all traffic rules. San Juan County allows off road vehicles on local streets, however speed limits and other traffic rules apply. Please be aware that motor vehicles not licensed as `street legal` are not allowed on US HWY 191 or on Grand County streets. This is a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH and we ask that you respect neighboring properties and stay on market trails and roads at all time. Please make yourself aware of special licensing to operate an off road vehicle required by the state of Utah regardless of a standard driver`s license.br*We understand you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am out of respect for the neighbors. We are located in a rural area with access to many trails and in between Arches & Canyonlands. The property is close to town but far enough out to enjoy the quiet and escape the busy atmosphere of down town.
