The sleek, contemporary kitchen is roomy and features Bosch and Frigidaire “Gallery” appliances.brbrIn this gorgeous home, you will find beautiful hardwood floors. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bath. A private entrance door is located in the room with bunk beds.brbrUpstairs features a huge balcony with a fire pit that can be accessed from the master bedroom and the hallway at the top of the stairs. Located in this same hallway is a mini-fridge perfect for storing drinks and that late night snack. A large bathroom along with a massive walk-in closet can found next to the master bedroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is another bedroom that features a small balcony. This bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom.brbrOutdoors you will find a spacious garden with a wooden walkway that takes you through gorgeous Utah wildflowers. In addition to a grill, you will see a picnic table for outdoor dining.brbrIn order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases.
