Chad was great. Had an issue upon arrival and it was handled swiftly and effectively. My family and I were comfortable and cozy. We had a wonderful stay in a clean comfortable place. We love Moab the bikes were wonderful to have as well as games and legos for kids. Planning to stay again.

Beautiful place that has a great living space where we could play games, cook and watch tv. Rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The house exceeded all of our expectations. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was stocked very well and there was even a coffee grinder!! The owners provided bicycles, coolers, and even a hot tub to use during our stay. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo and conditioner. There's a garage and driveway for parking but if you're pulling a trailer it could get complicated. There was ample street parking but we did not want to leave our rig on the busy street (our buggy is open with no way to secure). We loved the place and hope it's available the next time we come back.

A nice duplex near town. Nice garage and hot tub. The pool was a block or two away but also nice. Plenty of room.

Very nice accommodations. Great communication. The bicycles were great to ride around town with. Close to restaurants and shops, but very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay and pleasantly surprised by how large the living area and kitchen were. We were in moab for a bike race, so we really appreciated the large garage that also had about six or seven cruiser bikes. We had everything we needed. The location is right downtown, and we could walk to main street. We would stay again!

The location was perfect with easy access to downtown moab, the parks and everything. The space was perfect. My kids loved the atari collection.

The condo was immaculately clean and perfect for our family of 5! Plenty of space, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved reading by the fireplace in the mornings and sitting on the patio in the afternoons. Walkable to downtown Moab with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, but super quiet at night for a great night's sleep. Overall, a very comfortable, cozy stay and we recommend it highly!

Convenient and enjoyable stay

We enjoyed the condo/VRBO unit. Everything was clean; the kitchen had an abundance of utensils and cooking gear. The photos on VRBO don't do justice to the kitchen-dining-living area. Didn't use the hot tub; but good to know it is there.

We loved the location. The hot tub was a bonus on cold mornings. Decor is very western and tasteful. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed out stay.

Pictures don’t do this listing justice! It was incredibly clean and conveniently located near downtown. We walked to restaurants and shops almost daily. The large garage was a bonus, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed, including laundry pods, trash bags, and extra linens. Highly recommend!

The property was centrally located and immaculately clean. It was everything that they advertised and more. Chad and Tracey communicated quickly when I had questions.

A group of friends decided hiking in Moab would be a fun fall trip. This house was perfect. Close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Close to downtown and big enough to spread out. Absolutely perfect!

The house was much more spacious than we expected, very tidy and a short drive from Arches! It was also well stocked with plenty of games and books to keep our 4 kids and 4 adults entertained. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

This property was very clean, spacious, and served as the perfect base for our trips to the nearby national parks. It also contained all the amenities (soap, paper towels, etc) that we could need. We had two couples at the property, and accommodated us easily. One couple in our group has used VRBO many times and thought it was the nicest property they had ever stayed.

The condo in Moab Utah was exceptional. It was clean and accommodations were spot on. The walk downtown was short and there were lots of good restaurants around us.
