You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40 LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed.

High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have.
