Leave your worries behind when you stay at this three-level ocean-front home with a unique beach house meets modern vibe and abundant amenities with multigenerational appeal. The only thing better than a waterfront location is when you multiply it with beach access in proximity and on-site extras like a 9-hole golf course and two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season.

Be sure to check out the magnificent Gulf view from the third-floor terrace, from where you'll also be able to see the pond and golf course. The deck has two separate areas, each with an attractive gas firepit and TV. Sizzle up some lunch on the gas grill in the enclosed area and then dine alfresco in the open air.

The interior decor's coastal tones mix well with the high ceilings and exposed beams to create an inviting atmosphere throughout the home's 4,400-square-feet of living space. There are nautical touches scattered throughout, like blue and white sailor stripes and standout porthole-style bathroom mirrors. Guests will appreciate amenities like the foosball table in the second living area and the custom sound system with a provided Netflix and Pandora account. The warm, light-filled interior boasts an open living space with a huge TV next to an expansive kitchen brightened with pops of color. The group's chef will appreciate having professional-grade appliances, including a wine fridge and a pellet ice maker, and a reverse osmosis water filtration at the kitchen sink and water softener system.

An unattached guest suite is included in the rental. You'll find it to the left of the carport, and it features a full bathroom, kitchenette, and an additional washer/dryer. The entry to the main house is on the other side of the carport via door or elevator, and its four bedrooms - all with full en suite bathrooms - are on the second story.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.This home has an elevator, outdoor shower, and drop zone for beach supplies and coolers.This vacation rental is equipped with a full kitchen plus a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This is a great house and it's got the incredible combo of being a really wonderful house and it's in the best location. It's designed brilliantly, both inside and out. We were pleasantly surprised how the house was oriented so we could see the ocean, the golf course and a pond. And the breeze on the main outdoor patio adjacent to the kitchen and living room was a slice of heaven. We sat out there all hours of the day, there were no mosquitos, and it was just heavenly. The house is also close to everything - all the pools, the beach entrance, the fitness center, etc. Perfect beach rental.

    Seaside Paradise is a beautiful home with a wonderful view. The elevator was a life saver. We are a family of eleven and had more than enough room. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

    This house is perfect for 4-5 couples or 2-3 families with kids. Very nicely furnished and well-stocked. The only issue we had was with toilet paper - some bathrooms did not have any or just had a small, partial roll. We were able to get some from management, although they only provide 1 roll per bathroom.

    Everything about the home was great. In addition, we we forced to leave a day early by local mandatory evacuation. I didn't have insurance and The Owner/Vacasa didn't have to refund our last unused night. They did anyway and I think this speaks volumes in their goal to keep customers happy. Everything else was great. Beautiful home, location was great, easy to use, very happy.

    We had 7 teenage boys with us for a fun few days of Spring Break. The home easily accommodated all us. The house is gorgeous with nice touches. The views were beautiful. Look forward to staying again!

    Beautifully appointed home exceeded expectations. We have stayed in many Port Aransas beach homes and communities and this was far and away the best. No detail was overlooked. We will definitely return!

    We stayed here for Thanksgiving and would definitely come back again! The house is beautiful, has a great layout for families, and the elevator makes it so easy for grandparents and loading/unloading. It’s well stocked with everything you need even to cook a thanksgiving dinner, and the sunrises are beautiful over the dunes. There is a ton of outdoor sitting / dining space as well on the patios, with two outdoor fires, a grill, and two TVs. Palmilla (the associated resort) was great and we rented a golf cart which you can drive over the boardwalk and to the beach in less than 2 minutes from the house. It’s a 5 min walk. There are two restaurants right on site, and a great pool though we didn’t use it because it was pretty chilly outside. The restaurants at cinnamon shores are also less than a 5 minute drive. The house itself has a great interconnected audio system, lots of TVs with connected apps, and the mother in law suite is great for a couple who wants a separate area. They even have a baby gate in the bunk room which was very thoughtful. One thing to note about the Palmilla is that it’s very much under construction - both houses on either side and one behind this house are under construction and they are quite close together. There was mold construction noise even on Thanksgiving. This is not related to the house but something to be aware of more broadly about Palmilla. The houses around this house should be completed in the next 6-12 months, but the area more broadly is several years out from completion. Nonetheless, we knew that going in and it would not change us coming back! The house is so amazing and the location / amenities make it worth it. Thank you very much for a great holiday!

    This home is spacious enough for multigenerational families. Gorgeous views of the Gulf from the back 3rd floor balcony, which had a fire pit for S'mores. Loaded with TVs and the kitchen is well equipped. This seller thought of all the little things that make for a carefree vacation. The beach access was a short walk but we were also able drive on the beach. If you fish, fish at night. We caught sharks and even a stingray one night. We did not keep anything this trip. Chartered a trip further out and used that catch for bait. Welcoming decor and comfy mattresses. Towels and toiletries provided. The steps are intimidating for elderly but the elevator accommodates for that generation - and also for groceries! Our 3 generations could not have been happier. One of our best vacations!

    Had extended family down to Port A for a long weekend - great house and great location. Will only get better as the rest of the Palmilla community is built out. Easy access to pool, beach, and golf course.
