We built this home with the intent to sleep 3 families, so we put a master bedroom on each of the 3 floors. We wanted a view of the ocean and so we built a crows nest which has the BEST 360 degree view of Port Aransas and the ocean! We put in all of our favorite amenities like the huge heated pool, a ping pong table, a garage that will fit a boat, wet bars with fridges on every floor, a gourmet kitchen, memory foam mattress on every bed, rain shower heads, ice maker, and the most amazing sunset deck. It was important for us to still be in town so you can get to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart within a 5 minute cruise. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac. There is enough parking for up to 7 vehicles. From the top deck you can see the ships coming in and out of the ship channel, the ocean, the bay. and all the way to Corpus Christi. A climate controlled garage finishout was completed in 2025 to enhance guest comfort while enjoying ping pong, corn hole, arcade games and even indoor basketball!brbrCity of Port Aransas STR #370886

This home is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Port A, the Sand Point subdivision. brbrThe home sleeps up to 14 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, plus a sleeper sofa. Everyone can meet there, since there is plenty of parking in the two driveways (one at the front and one at the side of the house). Enjoy the convenience of a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the community heated swimming pool and hot tub. We are located in town with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. All living areas and bedrooms come equipped with flat screen TVs with Roku apps for movies and music plus local cable.brbrYou will enter the home on the second floor, which consists of the living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen, as well as a large deck.
