Short Walk to Boardwalk, Shared Pool, Golf Cart Included, Pet Freindly

Great stay! Golf cart a huge plus

The location of this home is outstanding! The home itself is in need of attention. As a result, I would absolutely return to a home in the same community, but cannot recommend this home.

The house was very clean and located in the perfect location. The house had plenty of space. The. One of the house decor was awesome. We found ourselves moving throughout the house trying out all the gathering/seating areas. The pool is steps away. The golf cart was used for everything and is a must/great addition. The house was lit and would cool very nicely. The downstairs master needed an extra fan to cool and the humidifier changed about every 8 hrs. Overall it was a great place for 2 families.

Overall great place.. Only minor setback for us was the detached Bedroom... nice patios/decks. Easy walk to the Beach. Golf Cart is an asset. Thanks

This was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and the provided golf cart made hopping over to various town locations a breeze. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. The property managers were communicative and friendly.

Overall, this is a very convenient property, beach themed and close to everything. Bedrooms are separated and private, with an open design, intimate living/dining/kitchen area. The covered deck was wonderful in the morning, for lounging with the family and enjoying the sunshine. The deck off the master bedroom was not used since the railing was unstable and it was honestly just too hot. Covid has affected both dining out and take out in this area so cooking was our only option most meals. The kitchen was nicely designed but could use some updating. The ice maker does not work, and aonly 3 burners on the electric stovetop work. Lots of plates & cookware but may need to bring items like scissors, corkscrew, bottle opener, etc. Some may need more bath towels as there are only about 10 provided but there is a nice washer & dryer in the unit. You will need to bring your own beach towels as well. Garbage bags, soap & tissue were provided which was nice too (although we brought these items) The access to the beach is wonderful and easy to get to from the unit. The house next door accommodates 16 people and is very close to the unit so be prepared for lots of noise. At least 25 people were there most days, in the pool until late at night. We had a baby with us so this was an issue but probably not an issue for most. A nice wagon was in the garage which was great for carrying items down to the beach. The outside shower is a nice option too. There is Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu etc for you to sign on to your personal accounts. The Master bedroom TV never worked for us as the reception was too weak but the main one in Living area worked great. Basic Wifi was good but not great for most of the stay. This is a very nice house, in a terrific location and the management was fantastic! They made our check in and check out so easy. The house is definitely 4 stars in my opinion and could be 5 stars with a little repair.

The location was awesome so close to the beach, which always helps when you have little ones! The house is older, it is an older house. There were a few roaches dead on the floor when we woke up. The kitchen is stocked with just utensils only. You have to bring every single thing to cook with. The beds were not comfortable, the tvs did not work most of the time. The wifi went in and out all day. Great location, though. The pool was very gross, dirty. The house is just on the older side, the location was great and very quiet nice neighborhood

House was amazing and in a perfect location close to downtown and the beach. Only issue I had which does not have so much to do with the house but I guess with the homeowners association? They had a cluster of palm trees in the middle of the property with a bunch of deadl limbs that was blocking everyone's view. Not just our house but everybody. The tree trimmers came in and trimmed them the last day of our stay but it would have been nice to have enjoyed that view the entire trip.

We stayed here for our family vacation and to celebrate our daughters 5th birthday. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We had friendly neighbors with no noise complaints at all. We were close enough for food and fun, yet still tucked away for privacy with no traffic coming through. We had such a great time and have already talked about coming back in a few months. This house/vacay has been the best in Port A thus far, and we've been going for the past 7 years. Thank you!!!!

This was a great house and location. Would definitely stay here again.
