Welcome to Gone Coastal, a custom-built oceanfront getaway designed for unforgettable Port Aransas vacations. This beautifully decorated home offers breathtaking ocean views, a PRIVATE POOL, spacious living areas, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax.
Inside, you'll find a large open kitchen and living area, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a second living space upstairs, making itideal for gathering together while still having room to unwind. Step outside and enjoy multiple decks with ocean views, outdoor sofas for lounging, and the perfect setup for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks with the sound of the waves in the background.

The home also features seamless access to the beach using the community boardwalk, making it easy to spend your days in the sand, surf, and sun before coming back to relax in comfort.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of a driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
