The Space:

The bright and airy living room features a spacious sectional, perfect for gathering with family and friends to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The open-concept design flows into the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find sleek white cabinets, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The large island counter offers additional barstool seating for five, complementing the nearby dining table for six—ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or takeout from a local eatery.



One of the standout features of this home is its incredible outdoor space. The upper deck provides beautiful views, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at sunset. Downstairs, you’ll find a shaded patio with comfortable seating, a grill for cookouts, and a sparkling pool where you can cool off after a day in the sun. For those who need a little extra space or privacy, the lower-level apartment is a fantastic addition to this home. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes two twin-over-full size bunk beds, a smart TV, and patio access.



This home also includes two additional full bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and the other (located in the enclosed apartment) with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Keurig in home for coffee

• Propane grill for grilling needs

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles (includes parking on side of home).

• The front door entrance is on the second level. Proceed to the stairs on the East side of the property. There is no entry into the storage garage.

• Please note that the bunk bedroom is on the ground floor, it is an enclosed apartment with its own entrance.

• If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

• Please also note that additional fees will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.

• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID is may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.
