Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Walk straight into an open living area with a relaxed beachside vibe. A couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and accent chair sit before a flat-screen TV. Beside the living room, there's plenty of space to enjoy dinner at the wood dining table with 2 chairs and 2 benches. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. To the right of the room is the half bathroom with single sink vanity. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, drip coffee maker and microwave. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, basic pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. There is a half bath to serve the bottom floor. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the condo's three bedrooms.
