Stayed Jan 15, 2026We had the most wonderful stay at the Pelican. Our condo was very clean when we arrived and we were greeted in the office with smiles and kindness. We loved the layout of the condo and the view from our deck. We spent every morning walking the beach and having coffee on our deck. The office was available 7 days a week and whenever we had a question or needed something, it was addressed within that same day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back next year!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This darling condo had everything we needed and more! It’s conveniently close to town, yet the complex is so spacious and peaceful that we never felt crowded. The amenities were top-notch, and the open, green courtyard gave everything a luxurious feel. We especially loved being able to walk easily to both the beach and the pool — which was absolutely sublime! Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 12, 2025My kids and I had such a great stay! The condo was brand new and updated with all the conveniences you would need, and you can’t beat the location being able to walk over the boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely be back!
