Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great! Cinnamon Shore is a true resort with everything you'd want or need. However, when the website says checkin is at 4 PM, that's actually when check in Starts. We didn't get our keys until 4:45. Also, we had trouble with both of our very expensive golf carts. Eventually, it was taken care of but there was a two hour delay on one of them. It seems like the office really has trouble keeping up with all the activity when most of the homes are full.

Overall stay was okay. Two washers and dryers were great. House has some wear and tear for $1300 a night We know it going in however its just too expensive

We slept up to ten, in and out throughout the week. Would love to have had beach towels as these were not suggested before our arrival. The second floor, with it’s open floor plan, made for a perfect gathering spot. The well equipped kitchen was a nice bonus for the nights we cooked in. We were very pleased with the location of this rental. We were close to a pool that had a playground for the children and the town center. There was easy access to the beach, as well. We rented fishing poles for the children. They had fun! We had a dinner at Dylan’s. It was delicious. Another night we got dinner to go from there. Ice cream treats from the airstream definitely made the children happy. Our entire family enjoyed this special beach vacation. It was our first visit to Cinnamon Shore but it won’t be our last. We’ll be back to The Hideaway!

We loved everything about it - from the upside down layout, to the new furnishings and recent upgrades -- and its close proximity to the pool and beach. We love Texas beaches during the winter and will definitely be returning!

The driveway carport was unavailable due to owner parking cart there. This resulted in limited parking. Additionally, the construction company building a new home across the street requested that we move our vehicles because of the heavy equipment they needed to operate in the area, so again very limited parking. The dryer vent was detached and had to be fixed. The TV remotes were misplaced for half the stay.

The decor, linens and overall cleanliness made the house extremely comfortable for our whole family. The pac man machine was a huge hit with the kids, the coffee table games were perfect for days when it rained and was cold. The location is perfectly located and is walkable to the pool and the beach. We cannot wait to come back.
