It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Your can have your feet in the sand in 10 minutes or less with a quick walk or drive to the beach. The heated community pool BBQ area is nearby with bathroom facilities, several sun loungers with tables, chairs and BBQ grills for your enjoyment. brLiving area: The living room has a large sectional couch and a few chairs to lounge around in while you watch the big screen TV with Smart TV apps installed. The couch has a sleeper sofa tucked away for extra guests. The covered deck is just off the living room and overlooks the pool area. There are several chairs and a table to relax in while you play cards or sip cocktails. brBedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms on the ground level. The 1st bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double over double bunk bed. The large master bedroom is on the 2nd level and has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a dresser, flat panel Smart TV and a closet for storage in all of the bedrooms. brBathrooms: The downstairs bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a walk-in shower. The ensuite upstairs master bathroom has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower with double sink vanity. There is an additional closet as well. There is a - bath powder room off of the kitchen. The laundry room is located on the ground floor. brKitchen: This kitchen boasts all the creature comforts of home. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here.
