Luxury Waterfront Marina Townhome, Private Rooftop Deck, and Private Elevator

It was a perfect location. Restaurants were close by.

It is an excellent unit and was exactly as described. Host was really easy to work with, location and amenities were great. Location is right on top of the marina. We had a boat with us and it could not be easier to launch it and rent a slip. Marina staff was super-helpful every turn, it is incredibly well run. Would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the location. The property had everything we needed. It wasn’t the cleanest, as 2 of the showers had hair and dirt all over the walls and floors, and hair on the comforters. Good place to stay with friends though and very convenient to the beach access point.

Quiet relaxing & clean

First: owner did make a rescheduling concession for a medical conflict, so that deserves appreciation. We've stayed at a couple of townhomes in the complex, and this one was not up to the standard seen in neighboring units.First, upon check in, we made our way to the roof deck. This is one of the prime amenities of these properties, but what we found was quite disappointing. The vaunted rooftop grill was dirty, rusty and did not look like it was in any condition to use. Even worse, we found the adjacent prep sink to be clogged with food debris and half full of water. When we alerted the owner to this, his only response was Well I guess I'll have to have the cleaners check that more carefully and despite his assurance that the grill was safe to use, we decided not to tempt fate. There should have been either a cleaning crew dispatched or an adjustment made to the rate for this.Not that the roof deck was in condition for dining or lounging. Unlike the well-appointed rooftops we'd seen in other units, here the property only offers a haphazard assortment of Adirondack chairs--no dining table, no lounge seating, very little consideration of how it might be used. The appointments inside were also below expectation for a property offered at this rate. Unlike almost every rental at a beach/lake/pool there were no beach towels on offer. The bath towels and bed linens were not impressive in quality and had a cheapest Amazon product feel. The water/ice dispenser was out too.

Enjoyed the beautiful home by the marina.All day fun on a golf cart, enjoying the beach,shopping & lunch , especially Robert’s Point Park to see dolphins.

The condo was great and even better than advertised. The elevator made it easy going from one floor to the next and we had a great view. Brandon, our host was very responsive and on top of things. The marina gave us the first boat slip so we were able to park our boat right outside our front door. Even though it was windy for most of our stay overall it was a great trip. We will definitely stay here again.

This marina townhouse is wonderful! The area is quiet and everyone enjoyed it! The host Brandon was helpful and addressed our issues immediately. There are many things to do and easy to access from this location. We would definitely stay again.

First time checking out the area I have never heard of Port Aransas. We wereI impressed with the miles of beach and the beach road access. Get the permit, park next to where you choose to hang out on the beach!

Beautiful view of the marina , easy access to beach and restaurants . Owner was super helpful. Property has one lower patio , two balconies facing the marina and an incredible PRIVATE roof top patio with a gas grill . Pool was clean and steps away from property . 10 out of ten

We had the best stay! The property is tucked off in a quiet marina. The house was stunning. A lot of stairs but they have an elevator for those who need it. Very clean, had everything we could want. Thank y’all for opening up your home.

We had a nice time staying at this property! The layout of the house worked well for us! The elevator and the pool steps from the garage were nice perks! We also loved the roof top patio! The beach was super easy to access with car and golf cart. Golf cart rental is a must although using Uber was very affordable. The people in Port A were all so super friendly! Property has no beach accessories (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc) or cleaning supplies so plan accordingly! Also, the mosquitos were crazy especially on days with no wind! Overall, super fun family time!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for our family and boat needs!

We enjoyed our time with family here. The space was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. This property is very clean and in good condition. You can’t beat the views of the marina and boats! The sunset on the rooftop is our favorite.
