I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was ready for us when we arrived. The rental agency was responsive and helpful when we added things, like a golf cart rental, on at the last minute. The property was quiet and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and some seasonings.

The house was lovely, and had everything we needed. great floor plan and decor, just enough space, clean, comfortable, convenient to pool and beach. easy check-in, check-out. the Life in Paradise staff were helpful. We loved Port Aransas area, can't wait to visit again!

Only suggestion is bbq pit is small and falling apart. Also looks like pool fence probably needs to be replaced.

Stayed Jul 30, 2020The townhouse was excellent and met all our needs. All of the units overlook the pool so there was no way to avoid the loud music, foul language and hanging by the pool most of the night. Just didn’t work for us with children trying to sleep.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, there are just a few small things that need to be addressed. There was not a remote for one of the TV's upstairs. There was no dishwasher soap, and the toilet in the master bedroom runs about every couple of minutes. There was not a broom for us to sweep the floor. All are minor details for an amazing place to stay.
