The house is in the popular Village Walk community on Eleventh Street, is a short drive to the beach, is close to Port A's shopping and dining, and is in the golf cart zone.brbrInside you'll find an open concept first floor with a spacious living room, a dining table that seats 8 guests, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage. You and your guests will love the knotty pine walls and ceilings and the tasteful coastal decor. There is a half bath off the kitchen as well.brbrUpstairs, you'll find the sleeping areas and balcony. The first bedroom featurues a king bed, a television, a full attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious closet, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a television, and access to the full hall bath with tub/shower combination. That bath is shared with the bunk room featuring a full bed, a set of bunk beds, and its own television. There is also a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience.brbrOutside, you'll find the large balcony overlooking the main drive in the community. It's a great place to relax after a day at the beach and people-watch or see a peek at the ocean.
