Stayed Apr 4, 2025We came as a group as we have the past couple times. The home was ok. We had plenty of roomto sleep. Hottub was nice. Pool was dirty. For me it would have been nice to have more towels, there are no washcloths. Seating in the living room is minimal, we had to split between couch and dinner table, which doesn't have the most comfortable chairs. Location was fine for us, we had a very nice time.

Stayed Aug 13, 2024I feel like most listing are beginning to suffer like this one. They are beginning to use so many short cuts to appear high-end without being high end. There was no comfortable seating anywhere. Everything seemed bare minimum. The couch was on some type of blocks. The top of the fridge was gross. When people pass on a hotel they are looking for an above and beyond experience this was not the case. Yes it has a pool and yes it has a hot tub but everything else was 2 star at most. I did enjoy the fact that toiletries were provided which seem to be more and more rare on this platform.not the worst by any means but for the amount of money spent. You’d expect more than just two tvs. And not only that but better quality tvs, better quality beds. There is some weird notion that the more whatever beds you can cram in to a property the higher it allows you to charge daily. This should not be the case. The two beds off the master bedroom felt like they were two inches off the floor. The second floor felt strange with no tv. No blinds in the rear of the main floor make you feel uncomfortable and exposed as does the open and easy access gate along the fence running along the back of the property line. A white 6ft privacy fence with a lock would remedy this and still allow for creek access. This fence line was not visible in the listing which I believe was on purpose to make it appear more private than it actually is. We felt like anyone could just come walking through at any moment.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024We loved this place! We had a big group of family and friends staying together for the eclipse and this was perfect for us. It's in a convenient location next to a grocery store, pretty easy drive to Austin, and very convenient to and from the airport. The rooms are really nice. We especially liked the upstairs bedroom. So many beds throughout the house, we were very comfortable. And so many toilets! No one had to hold it. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and bean bag toss provided plenty of entertainment. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything we needed to cook our meals. There was even a neighborhood cat, we named Cosmo, that came around everyday to hang out in the yard. Lisa was superfast at communicating. Thanks Lisa! We hope to stay again one day.

Stayed Jan 28, 2024This home is spacious and well-decorated as well as very clean! The pool and hot tub water was also very clean and fresh. Prompt response to communication with owner. Location is close to freeway, grocery store, and lovely park and walking trail along a river. ? We will gladly be back!
