The Hangout was specifically designed to accommodate large groups, sleeping up to 20 guests. This spacious 7 bedroom, 4450 square foot house features a pool, outdoor grill and patio dining area, large living room with big screen TV and completely open floor plan. There is the ultimate game room with indoor/outdoor bar and arcade games like classic Pacman as well as GoldenTee 2021 Home Edition and Walking Dead Arcade Game. Whether exploring Austin and the surrounding area or just looking for a place to gather with friends and family, The Hangout offers something everyone will love.

About the space
The Hangout was completely remodeled with a focus on a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. This 2-story house boasts expansive windows with views of the outdoor patio and pool area. Once outside, the propane grill and separate smoker grill with prep area await. Whether sunbathing on the deck chairs, relaxing under the trees or taking a dip in the pool, the backyard offers a spot for fun and relaxation. The separate game room is completely decked out with indoor/outdoor bar and the ultimate arcade game experience including:

The easy flowing floor plan makes this house ideal for gathering large groups together. The plush and comfortable living room with high vaulted ceilings allows for natural light to come in a bank of windows. There is plenty of room to gather around the large screen TV to watch a game or movie on the DVD player. The kitchen is completely open with bar seating and breakfast nook. The custom built island adds extra prep and serving space with easy access to the 5-burner gas range and double oven. The kitchen also includes a microwave, crockpot, toaster, blender, drip coffeemaker and Kuerig.

The open loft upstairs living room adds more hangout space with another large TV and comfy seating area.

With 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 20 guests, each room is a peaceful place to rest and recharge. The master bedroom downstairs boasts a king bed as well as a cozy seating area. The attached master bathroom is a private spa retreat with a stand alone bathtub and walk-in shower wet area. The other bedroom downstairs is a queen-size bed with desk and TV.

Guest Access
Before arriving guests will be given private code for the front door to let themselves in anytime after check-in.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No parties or events. No Bachelor parties.

- 20 miles to downtown Austin by MoPac or I-35
- 10 miles to shops and restaurants at the Domain
- 17 miles to historic downtown Georgetown
- 27 miles to Circuit of the Americas
- 1 mile to grocery shopping at HEB

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND REQUESTS
We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances regarding your travel plans. Please note that travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. If there is a cancellation between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be granted. No refund will be given if the cancellation is within 30 days of your stay.

It is our recommendation that travelers consider purchasing travel insurance from a 3rd party carrier in order to transfer the potential financial impact a cancellation may cause. We do not do so on your behalf. Third party insurance carriers can reimburse the traveler for prepaid, nonrefundable trip costs when someone must cancel for a covered reason.

Regardless of whether you purchase travel insurance or not, we try to minimize the financial impact an unforeseen circumstance may cause. If a guest cancels less than 60 days before a stay, we will immediately open the booking calendar and look to rebook those dates with a different traveler. Although we cannot guarantee the success of this, the cancelling guest will only be financially responsible for the difference between their booking and the new one, if any.

PLEASE NOTE: As of March 14, 2020 VRBO no longer considers Covid as an extenuating circumstance for travelers who need to cancel.
