Up to 30 can sleep IN BEDS and sleeper sofas! We have a 8 person spa, 22 foot shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, Mrs Packman arcade machine (plus 3187 games), 65 inch 4k TV, loaded kitchen, etc etc...your group will love it!brbrThis house is a sprawling 5 bedroom house that goes on and on and on. Every square foot is tastefully decorated and set up for a comfortable stay for a group of 10 to 20+ and loaded to be the most fun house in Austin, Texas. Just take the shuffleboard table...not a puny 10 foot table...its 22 foot and handmade originally for Dave and Buster's. They said they paid $10,000 for the table when they sold it to me. We have an arcade that is an old Street Fighter game upgraded to have more than 3,000 games, a 4 player NBA Jam arcade, dual crusin car racing arcades, a Big Game Hunter arcade machine and an air hockey table in the converted game room. The pool and huge covered patio with 8 person LA Spa hot tub will be a hit. The kitchen is huge and fully loaded. The main TV is 65 inch curved 4k Samsung tv. I could go on and on! We'll be available by phone or text and live just a few miles away in case you need us.brbrIn the Pflugerville neighborhood you'll have one foot in real Texas and one foot in Austin. The TV show Friday Night Lights was actually filmed right down the street and you can do real Texas redneck stuff like rent and shoot guns at Red's Indoor Gun Range but you can also quickly get into Austin for 6th street, food etc etc.brbrYou can come in and out from the airport on 45 or hop on I-35 to shoot to downtown Austin. Basically everything is within 20 minutes and you can walk or drive to local Pflugerville neighborhood food like the Pecan Street Station or Texas country nightlife at the local bars.brbrOf course we need guests to be responsible and considerate of neighbors. Fortunately the property doesn't have any neighbors behind the house.brbrWe do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $99 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.brbrFor pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week).
