The other detached room now has a queen bed (not a trundle). The master bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower not a tub.brbrThis 4 bedroom (two bed rooms in Main house and two bedrooms not attached to home) 3 bathroom (all bathrooms in Main house) single family home that has been totally renovated. Features many fantastic details throughout including a darling kitchen, hardwood floors, cottage white cabinetry, new appliances, a glass cooktop, with views of a Palm trees and Lake LBJ just beyond. The dining and family rooms are designed in an open style with conversation and family in mind. The focal point of the living room is the high ceiling and the beautiful beams, however, the finest feature is a wall of windows that brings the lake right into your lap as you are relaxing on the living room couch. brbrThe master suite is furnished with a king sized bed, cable flat screen TV and view of the beautiful Lake LBJ. The private master bathroom offers a flare of luxury with a beautifully wooden framed double vanity mirror and a beautiful walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a temperpedic queen size bed, flat screen cable tv, and their own bathroom with a shower and tub. The 3rd bedroom is not attached to the main house but you can wake up and see the water from both sides of the bed. It has a King bed with a tv (for netflixs). The fourth bedroom is not attached to main house has a queen bed with flat screen tv (netflixs and playstation). All beds are very comfortable with charming bedding. The décor and ambiance throughout the entire home will welcome you the moment you step through the threshold. brbrHowever, once you step out the backdoor on to the huge wrap around patio, you will want to spend every daylight hour soaking up this fabulous backyard and decks. The backyard lawn, patio, and decks offer enough space to entertain the largest of families. The outdoor table seats 8 easily with room for extras. This home offers an outdoor grill for the grilling enthusiast in the family. For sunning or lake watching, there is a large decks to spread out your beach towel and spend the day relaxing. Considered the best water park in America; Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels is a short 60 minute drive away. And if you love great German food, Brewery’s and antique shopping, Fredericksburg is 40 minutes away. If you like to tour wineries, there are at least 24 within a 90 minute or less drive from Horseshoe Bay.
