Stayed Jul 4, 2025Highly recommended! This unit was very clean. Well stocked with kitchen necessities. Beautiful view of the lake. Being able to tie down our 3 jetski on the dock was a plus. Not to mentioned the best view to watch the Juky 4th fireworks. Only complaint is the reserve parking was not available to us the entire time we were there. Would have been nice to park right in front of the unit since my Mom walks with her cane/walker. Overall, we are glad to have to have had the opportunity to spent July 4th here! Thank you for accommodating us! Hope to come back again next year or sooner!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The condo was perfect for us and we absolutely loved being able to boat up to the back porch and dock right there. Rooms were clean and comfortable and bathrooms on each floor was a definite plus. Will definitely return.

Stayed Apr 7, 2024Loved staying at this cute condo right on the lake. The sunsets were gorgeous and the children loved watching the turtles and birds below. The location was great within the Horseshoe Bay neighborhood. I mentioned to the owner that the listing does advertise a hot tub, which there is not. But that was ok because there were enough other things to keep us busy. The house was stocked with all the basics you would need and the numerous bathrooms were great for our big family.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Check in process was easy, condo is clean but need a lot of maintenance The master suite shower & the next room shower both are not working, reported it & it wasn’t fixed during our stay and the owner give my tel# as a contact with the plumber which they kept calling me instead of him & interrupt me in my vacation & after. the owner didn't even issue us a partial refund to compensate us for the inconvenience. All TVs are out of date which bummed the kids especially during holidays they wanna it to do a movie night but TV downstairs is broken & TV in the main living is too old. Power went out for 2-3 hours & there was no back up or any torch light for us to use. Also reported it. The grill outside wasn’t cleaned & I had to clean it from dirt & bugs which was so nasty. He took $200 clean fee I expected to receive everything is ready to go.

Stayed Jul 18, 2023We loved staying at this lakefront condo. It is well-decorated, has beautiful views of the open water of Horseshoe Bay and has ample sleeping and indoor/outdoor hang-out space. We slept a group of 7 very comfortably. I highly recommend it for a fun getaway to Horseshoe Bay! It’s an easy walk to all that Horseshoe Bay has to offer and an easy 8-minute drive to Marble Falls.

Stayed May 26, 2023The property was exactly as described. We loved that we could swim, float, etc. right off of the doc. We had our sea-doo as well so it was the perfect location for pulling the kids out on the tube. We will definitely be back!
