The Neighborhood:

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.



Getting Around:

A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.



Other Things to Note:

-1 dog is permitted. No puppies or aggressive breeds. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay

. All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions

- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.

- Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior space - For groups with no guests under 18, you must be 25 or older to book, and then the Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 people

    This property was even better than the photos. The layout/design was perfect for a large group. Other than the primary suite, every bedroom was the exact same size with its own private bathroom. So absolutely no worries here about who gets the smallest room or who has to share a bathroom. This house was such a fantastic space for a large group. We stayed as a group of 12 and we had plenty of space for visiting/gathering. The kitchen was large and had double ovens (which you usually never get in vacation rentals)The property management was fantastic. They proactively reached out and when we had a small issue, they sent someone over immediately to resolve it. Couldn’t ask for more!I highly recommend this property and would easily stay here again.

    A Wonderful and Relaxing Lakeside StayOur stay at this beautiful waterfront home was seamless from start to finish. Booking was easy, and everything about the experience—arriving, staying, and departing—was smooth and stress-free.We stayed for 10 days and spent much of our time enjoying the house and the surrounding area. The home provided everything we needed to unwind. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ, which made dining in both convenient and enjoyable. Meals on the veranda were a highlight, offering a peaceful setting with lovely views.The deck on top of the boathouse was a favorite spot in the evenings—perfect for watching the sunset and soaking in the quiet atmosphere. The neighborhood was tranquil, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy lake life at a slower pace.Communication with the leasing service was excellent throughout, and the concierge service was a fantastic bonus. Having groceries pre-stocked and put away before our arrival made a big difference and helped us settle in right away.We were very pleased with our stay and would gladly return.

    Our family of nine people came together to celebrate our mom and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which we all really enjoyed. The beds were super comfortable and every room even had their own tv. The couch in the living room was amazing, so big and spacious that there was plenty of room for all us to hang out. We all really enjoyed the back deck, whether spending time in the hot tub or sitting around fire pit making smores. The management was fantastic and was even available to answer some questions on a late Sunday evening. This house is just perfect and so beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

    Definitely a fabulous place to stay with the good size group. They were eight of us. It’s best if you have a boat since you’re on the canal. Hot tub was wonderful. If you like to cook, bring your own pots and pans as these are not the best. Management company was wonderful and will help you in anyway they can

    Great stay. Kitchen great, beds great. Very fun outdoor space perfect if you want to park a boat for the weekend. More pillow options and a throw in the master might be a nice touch for future.
