FURNITURE & PROPERTY
No moving, rearranging, or tampering with furniture or décor.
Doing so may result in immediate termination of your stay and an additional charge for damages or reassembly.

REMOTES & HOUSE ITEMS
$350 fee for each lost or damaged remote control.
This includes remotes for TVs, ceiling fans, air conditioning units, etc.

CLEANLINESS & CARE
Please treat the home with respect. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
All trash must be placed in the designated outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Plumbing damage will be charged to guests.

SECURITY
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety.
Tampering with or disabling cameras or Wi-Fi will result in removal from the property without a refund.

LIABILITY & DAMAGES
Any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities will be the guest`s financial responsibility.
