Stayed May 30, 2025We had a girls beach soccer tournament on East Beach. The convenience of the soccer tournament to the house was excellent. After the soccer games the easy access to the beach, pool and the Porch Cafe made the house perfect. We comfortably slept 12. The house was lovely and clean. Will probably rent again next year for the tournament.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Renting the property to celebrate my husband’s birthday with family. The house was great! Clean and as advertised. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and community pool. Will definitely rent this property again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was easily available and very responsive. Beach was just a 2-4minute walk over the dunes. Only real problem was that there was not much seating available in the main living area for a house that size. There were only 5 comfortable seats (3 person sofa and 2 person love seat) which doesn’t really work when you have 5 bedrooms with at least 2 people in each room. There were two patio chairs in the living area but they were not comfortable.

Stayed May 25, 2024Great location, close to beach walkover and the pool. House was very clean and well equipped, would stay here again. Our grandsons loved the game room. We had a great vacation!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023We had a great stay at this very nice home. Our party included two teens, two elementary school kids, and two sets of parents. The kids loved the game room and playing in the water. We all enjoyed the beach and appreciated the very clean, comfortable, well-stocked, high-end vacation home. The neighborhood and the beach were great, very private and quiet, yet very close to town. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! The Kitchen was perfect and just what we need for our families. Plenty of room, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the beach where we spent most of our time. The staff was very helpful and we hope to stay again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023This was a wonderful property for kids (ages 12 down to 2). The loved the game room with the arcade games and Nintendo. The bunk room with tv was perfect. It was great location with easy access to pool and a shot walk to the beach across. Highly recommend!
