Excellent location, beautiful home, right on the beach!

The house had a disjointed layout. We loved the upstairs room and loft and all the balconies. The cabinets needed repair, some didn't close all the way. They kitchen had everything we needed, but was pretty basic. The water in the outdoor shower came out very light, so we ended up using the water hose to rinse off instead. The location and neighborhood were great!

First there was no key in the key box but it turns out you don’t need one because the main exterior door was unlocked when we arrived. We were a little nervous wondering if anyone was inside. Also the exterior door doesn’t lock at all which was very unsettling since we used the bottom floor room also which opens to the exterior door. It was creepy vibes especially the way rooms were laid out. Watch your step between the main rooms as the floors are lot level through the doorways. There were gnats & flies inside & a roach crawled out of a kitchen drawer. Most outside deck lights don’t work. The microwave had some type of electrical issue so the door would not open unless you unplug it first. Flickering lights in the kitchen also might be an electrical issue. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well with everyone spread over 3 levels. Extremely humid & dank inside on the main floor. The living room was nice & open with good views. The 3rd level bedroom was open & spacious but no tv remote for the volume. Plenty of towels & some cleaning supplies included. Great location though if you want less beach traffic. Ok for families but not for elderly or those with issues climbing stairs.

This is a lovely home on the beach with a very odd floor-plan. The pictures on the website did not tell the whole story. The bedroom on the bottom floor is dark and feels closed in and no one wanted to stay there. We are 4 older retired adults and we had to double up. There was no info from the owners on how to operate the TV and/or streaming, or anything in the house for that matter, and there were multiple remotes which was confusing. We could have used info on operation of some kitchen appliances. There were only 3 drinking glasses. The toaster over takes way too long to toast and when you’re trying to cook breakfast for 4 adults…that’s a problem. We had a good stay but we won’t rent this one again.

Loved the beach views and the very spacious living room with comfortable furniture. As other mentioned it could use a little TLC, but we still had nice time. It was great to walk out of the house and be at the beach.

We really loved all the views. The top room is absolutely amazing!

Location to beach great

The home is in the perfect location. It shows some wear and tear and could be kept better. The pictures are outdated. Took a star away since the owner interrupted our stay for an insurance adjustor visit, which was unwelcome yet tolerated. It was not a joy to walk an adjustor through the home, pointing out everything that was wrong instead of enjoying lunch overlooking the beach. They just showed up unannounced. It makes me worried. We had our dog with us, had we not been there, what would have happened? Previous complaints of bugs, oven, and grill have been addressed, but the home's overall condition is used, abused and not cleaned well. Just wish it was better cared for and cleaner. Had they left out cleaning supplies, we would have cleaned more. Needs toaster and updated coffee maker.

We loved the house, and the location is fantastic. It truly is right on the sand, and the layout of the house was perfect. We plan to be back in the future!

Property is nice and right on the beach. It’s run by a management company and their response time is decent. There is an abandoned property right on the beach across from it that is an eyesore but it’s not the owners fault. We enjoyed the house and would recommend.

We loved that the home was on the water and that we could see and hear the ocean from so many places inside and outside the house. We appreciated that we could check in early even though we didn’t get there much before 4:00. We would rent this house again!

Where to even start? This home was a total DUMP! I actually feel scammed. The home is nothing like the photos. We had so many issues and couldn’t ever get ahold of anyone. We got there and the home was dirty. Wet pull ups outside on the property, pretzels all over, and dirt all over the fridge. We tried to put our food in the pantry and found rat droppings along with rat traps. DISGUSTING! The oven does not heat past 300 degrees, the grill is so rusted you can’t even use it, door handles were falling off the doors, mold on the ceiling and all over air vents, dryer wasn’t working properly, shower doors would barely slide open without falling off the tracks. Let’s just say nothing worked in this house!! We couldn’t even use the living room tv because there wasn't a remote anywhere. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this house because I sure wish I did, especially for the price. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted!!!!!
