An absolutely beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy the view of the beach and the bay sunsets. A wonderful groomed beach ⛱ is right across the street. The Galveston seawall is 20 min away and its only a 10 minute drive to the beach town of Surfside. Free boat launch at the end of the street, and you can tie your boat to private 200ft dock right outside your back door. We love pets and kids of all ages. San Luis Pass bay area is considered to be some of the best fishing and kayaking in Texas. brbrThis house has decks on all levels that let you get out and see the fantastic views. There is plenty of parking space for you and your friends. We also have a few games on hand for the kids to play. We have a coffee pot, and a beautiful kitchen with all the pots & pans you should need. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Lots of linens for you and your guests, also shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. We do not provide beach towels. brbrGuest accessbrYou have full access to the house, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, private patio and dock. You have use of the gas grill. Charcoal grills are not allowed.brbrOther things to notebrWe are 10 minute drive from Surfside, it offers several places to eat as well as a Valero gas station stocked with sundries. Pirates Cove in Surfside has restaurant and often show movies on the patio. Galveston is a 25 minute drive along Blue Water Hwy and offers restaurants, night clubs, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, Pleasure Pier with rides and arcade games. Blue Water Grill is less than a mile toward Galveston and has restaurant/sundries as well. San Luis pass is 6 miles from the house. We offer early check in/check out depending on availability for a fee, please inquire when booking. No prom parties, Spring Break, Graduation or othe young gatherings allowed. 26 is age minimum to rent. If you have bed wetter’s with you or people who have ‘ACCIDENTS’ on our furniture we charge a minimum of $250. We have a beautiful house and would like to keep it that way. Please place soiled linens in laundry room. Failure to follow check out rules, posted in the book in the kitchen, will result in us adding fees to your stay. This allows for privacy and a nice environment to enjoy your stay. Beautiful secluded beach is across a Blue Water Highway which is walking distance where surf fishing in an option. Wade fishing in Christmas Bay is also an excellent activity. Fishing enthusiasts limit out on Red Fish, Croaker, Flounder, Trout, and Crabbing.brbrGetting aroundbrThere is plenty of parking at the house. Washer and dryer available onsite for your use. The large top floor deck has a gas grill, (4) lounge chairs, and a lighted pergola with a sectional couch and corner bar layout. On the ground level there is a large covered area under the house and deck to relax and get a reprieve from the midday sun. There is also a ~40ft fishing dock with two large benches and a firepit. If you decide to bring your own boat, there are cleats installed to tie off on the dock or in the open covered slip.
