The hot tub is located under a pergola where you can see the outdoors come to life, beneath the string lights, that make the area feel magical at night.brbrThe entire property is available for the exclusive use of your party.brbrLocated 15 minutes from Dollywood, you're close enough to all the action but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Our property is located near what used to be Dolly Parton's father's farm. The home that her father lived in later in life is just at the bottom of the hill. We pay tribute to Dolly in our party room with the piece of art that was commissioned. (If you would like more information about the artist please visit Maple Built on social media.) brbrWe are nestled conveniently between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg about 17 minutes from the Parkway and 20 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip.brbrFrom Birds Creek Rd, turn onto Catons Chapel Rd. There are two routes that lead to the lodge. The best option is to actually pass Dollys Drive and turn right on Rogers Way (about .6 miles past Dollys Dr.) into the “For By Grace” subdivision. Continue following Rogers Way, taking a right at the split, until you arrive at the top of the hill. The road continues to the left (going straight at the hilltop is actually a shared driveway) for a short distance until you see a sign to turn right onto Dollys Drive. The lodge is immediately to your right. brbrNote: Navigational systems might not be updated to show that Rogers Way and Dollys Drive connect, as this is a new development.brbrThere is parking for at least 12-15 vehicles in the two parking lots. While the parking area is spacious, we don’t recommend tour buses or large RVs (15 passenger vans and short buses are okay). The road up the mountain to the lodge can be challenging for these longer vehicles/trailers, as some turns can be tight and there are areas that are steeper as you approach the property. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended during winter visits for potential snow or icy conditions.brbr**If you are a smaller group and not planning to use all the suites, please let me know in advance and we can discount the cleaning fee.brbrThere is no stove or oven in the lounge (there are stoves/ovens in each of the suites). In addition the loft space has a kid bed/fort which has been known to sleep more than one child. A memory foam mattress is stored underneath for extra sleeping. Children can use their imagination as they look through their peekaboo window down at the city protecting their fortress. Video game console features over 600 classic arcade games. Not fancy but our kids love this! This is not a party palace. This cabin is intended for respectful families, couples, and small gatherings. If you would like to bring more guests please message me. We currently have Directv streaming tv, two Roku tv’s with Directv streaming and an AT&T unlimited hotspot for WiFi. As soon as we can get Xfinity we will switch over but it hasn’t come up the mountain to us yet. We are pretty much at the top! So far the hotspot seems to be working well. Streaming might slow down depending on how many tv’s are in use.
