3BR/3BA CABIN Tucked in a wooded park-like setting

Very clean, spacious, and peaceful!

Overall, the place was nice. The place was spacious, but was on the dark side due to indoor color choices. The couch in the master looked well used, but the kids enjoyed lounging. The TV in the master worked, but the living roomTV while it worked, the signal was too weak and just buffered. The hottub was off the back porch with no steps to get into it. You could walk on the edge of the porch floor, next to the porch steps, but it was covered in bird poop. While the location was good, we would not select this again.

We rented to take our moms. Sadly mine did not get to come, but we all had a great time. So much to see and do. We loved our cabin, had plenty of room for all of us.

We had the best time! Wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked so we went to another property for 2 days. The house is so big, homie, great for spreading out. We will be staying again. The property contact was quick to respond to questions and the neighbor was friendly as well. One suggestion is to leave an owners manual or some kind of instructors for the master bath shower! We did have the question as others on who was staying in the garage apartment. Didnt bother us much just curious. Also there is no water access.

We enjoyed our visit to the Pigeon Forge area. Cabin was a great size for our family & was in a quiet area. It certainly could do with better upkeep & cleaning. We found dry dog food and dirt under the couch while looking for a toy we thought had rolled under there, stepped on dead bugs in the closet, & the fridge was sort of clean. Hot water was not sufficient for more than 1 1/2 short showers the first morning & we could not get the fancy shower in the master bath working. It had a control panel that did not work. Contacted management folks who sent someone out. They replaced a fridge filter which was needed & we were told the hot water was working. We already knew this, but wanted to know if it was working properly since there were 6 adults who needed showers. By really limiting water use & taking showers at different times of day, we were all able to get clean but this should not have been necessary. We did get an apology about the cold showers…no further info on the hot water heater & no instructions or explanation for the master shower. Hot tub seemed to work but was located in a dreary area. There was also mold on the bottom of the hot tub cover. We did not use the hot tub. The backyard was also in poor shape with gaps in the fence. I am usually able to give really good reviews on Vrbo stays, but the condition of this property leaves a lot to be desired. It did provide a cool place to sleep, but the lack of hot water and cleanliness was disappointing.

Overall this cabin worked well for my family and I with pets for a weekend getaway. A few things didn’t set well with us though. Upon our arrival immediately we noticed security cameras outside the home and that was not presented to us prior to booking. Later that evening we noticed a garage with an overhead apartment almost touching the back of the home, there were people in it, again this was not told to us prior to the stay. The cabin was clean, needs updating. Beds were not as described it was more like one queen and two full beds. About 3 hours after leaving I receive a phone call about pets being left inside the unit. We had our pets and were miles away by then. When I called back to find out what they figured out the owners had come to the unit after we left and no one knew they were there and had their dogs with them. I asked about the little apartment on the back of the cabin and Eden Crest “had no record of that property and who it belonged to that it was not a rental property of theirs”. Upon leaving we also discovered another security camera facing a side door that was glass topped and the camera could see into the home. Most folks don’t enjoy being watched while they vacation. We will be investigating further but I feel other renters have a right to know. I wish we had.

The Perfect Place cabin is in a private location. Very peaceful & quiet. Great place to stay. The beds are so comfortable. The cabin is roomy & clean. Everything you could need is furnished. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. So did our pup. The feature that allows all the swing gates to block in the porch made it nice to not worry about pup from getting where she wasn't supposed to be. I think the house needs it's own instruction book, the one size fits all rentals one did not answer any questions. Alexa had the same canned answers (just as frustrating as the one we have at home). We figured out most of it. We did have a few maintenance items for the manager but nothing we wanted to deal with maintenance over and nothing that really affected our stay much. Just to clarify, there is room for two cars in front of the cabin, and room for plenty more in the gravel drive around back.

I stayed at this property with my husband, 1 year old daughter, and my husband's parents. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, and also for everyone to have their own space. The furnishings were comfortable, the appliances were new and easy to use. There were only about 5 steps to get in to the cabin. The drive in/ out was much easier coming from Pigeon Forge, but if you like a winding mountain drive the other direction was beautiful and exciting!

The cabin was just the right size for our family of four. Beautiful scenery and close to all the venues in Pigeon Forge.
