If a pet is found on the premises, a $200 fee will be charged, and we kindly ask you to leave with no refund. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. brbr• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the cabin - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to smoke on the deck, please refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground. Ensure the butt is fully extinguished and deposit them in the designated sand-filled pail or trash can before departure. If housekeeping or the groundskeeper needs to pick up discarded butts, a fee of $1 per butt will be charged. Evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a charge of $200 for deodorizing the home.
