The property is next to Walden Creek, 4.5 miles from Parkway, on the Wears Valley side of Pigeon Forge. It is convenient off major roads yet peaceful. brbrThe cottage is on 1.3 acres of flat and open land next to the creek. The interior is very modern and charming too. The living room has a large leather sectional sofa and a smart TV with a sound bar. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking needs, dishes, and silverware. A screened-in porch overlooks the creek right outside the living room through a French door, and the hot tub is in a large pavilion next to the porch. brbrThe master king bedroom on the waterside has a private bathroom on the main floor, and another bedroom off the dining room has a full-size bed but doesn't have direct access to a bathroom. The upstairs has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom, and a futon bed outside of the bedroom on the landing can be used by a kid, who can share a bathroom with whoever sleeps in the queen room. The loft also includes a full-size pool table. The kitchen has Corian countertops and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. for your use.
