I'll start with location, location, location: 1 turn and 12 blocks to major freeway access going in any direction in the city; 5 minutes to LP Field, Ascend Amphitheater, and downtown by car; less than 10 minutes to Music City Center; walking distance to much that makes East Nashville such a great place to live and 2 - 5 minutes by car to all the rest of the great eats and shopping of East Nashville; 10 - 15 minutes to almost everything else including the airport, 12th South District, Vanderbilt area, The Gulch, Opryland and much more.brbrThis cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment has everything you need whether traveling for business, pleasure, or checking out the area for a potential move here. Great for someone traveling alone, a couple, a family, or a small group of friends. This apartment is a duplex and there is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment on the other side that can be rented separately. Just ask me about renting both for groups up to 8 people.brbrThere are hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air, and fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking (and if I forgot something we are right next door and probably have it at our house). brbrIt sleeps 2 - 4 (or up to 8 if renting both sides) comfortably with a queen sized bed with memory foam topper in the bedroom, with plenty of storage, and a full sized futon couch, with memory foam topper, in the living room. The neighborhood is really nice, near the park, cafes and shops nearby. The apartment is cosy and very well put together, looks just like the pictures. The sofa, the bed and chairs are really comfortable. Really enjoyed the reading area at night. All amenities worked very well and having the washer/drier in the apartment itself is a real plus. Additionally, two of the King bedrooms have custom built-in bunk beds. There are 2 full size sleeper sofa’s in the living room and we even keep a blow up air-mattress in the closet for everyone to have their own bed if preferred. That gives us a grand total of 10 beds.brbrThe whole house has been renovated, featuring a variety of hardwood, tile and stained concrete flooring. The kitchen is tremendously well equipped with everything you need to eat in and entertain. An island with barstool seating and a spacious dining area allow your entire group to hang out and have food and drinks together and when you are ready to wind down and play some games, head down to the converted garage that has been finished out as a brilliant games room. In this great hang out space, you can play cards with your friends on our card table infront of the flat screen tv, enjoy a game of foosball, challenge each other on the tandem basketball shooter, play some darts or re-live the golden days on the full-size multi-game arcade machine!brThere is a laundry room in the home should you need to refresh some towels or wash your clothes while visiting and it is equipped with an iron & board, hairdryers and shower gels etc for your convenience.brbrWithin the community there is a nice covered area to eat and grill outside should you decide to whip up some steaks or burgers at home!brAlternatively, `Husk` one of Nashville`s premier restaurants is literally next door.brWe hope you choose to stay with us and come back to visit time and time again.brbrPlease note that there is limited parking onsite and at the street and it is first come first served.
