Very nice, clean property.

We stayed here with a group of 6 people and overall had a good experience, especially for a trip focused on enjoying Nashville.The interior of the home is beautiful and the bedrooms are a good size. There are living room areas on both the first and second floors, which is nice in theory, but each space only had enough seating for about 4–5 people. With a larger group, that made it a bit difficult for everyone to gather comfortably in one place but it was nice having a space close to the upstairs bedrooms to hang out. The neighborhood is in transition. There are updated homes nearby, but it may not be an area where everyone feels comfortable walking around at night.There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. Two of the bathrooms had broken toilet seats, and the outdoor areas were not well maintained. On the rooftop the grill was rusted and unusable, the deck boards were warped, and the downstairs patio could have been cleaner. The outdoor furniture and space overall felt worn.That said, if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Nashville and just need a place for a group to stay, this home works. With some upkeep and better outdoor maintenance, it could be a much stronger property.

Everything was great! More towels per bathroom would’ve been appreciated but other than that, it was wonderful.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. The listing claimed that major attractions were only “3 minutes away,” but actual drive times were much longer, closer to 8–13 minutes. This was misleading and gave us false expectations about the convenience of the location.The neighborhood itself felt unsafe, with abandoned homes, container housing, and visible neglect. None of this was disclosed in the listing, and it created an environment that did not match the impression given online.Inside the home, the second‑floor air conditioning did not work during extreme heat. Despite reporting the issue, we received no meaningful response or resolution during our stay.Overall, the property description was inaccurate, the location was misrepresented, and the host did not provide adequate support when problems arose. Families rely on honest listings to make safe choices, and this experience left us feeling misled and unprotected.

The entire party of 8 loved this home. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with host. The beds were great! Would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for making this so enjoyable for our group!

The house was delightful and fit our families needs perfectly! We would have liked more information on the location of the house. the neighborhood was a little rough but the house felt very secure.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 adult family members (originally was going to be 11) celebrating my mothers 84th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was very close to downtown. We were able to walk to a few places and downtown was a very quick Uber ride. Everyone had a great time and commented on how the house was so accommodating. Check-in and out was very easy! The host was available by text at all times for all questions and answered back quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay, very coniveinent to all the action downtown! Parking was tricking at the location but got it figured out. will be coming back next year!!!

This property is well maintained and in beautiful condition. Location was easy to get to and from downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with the very minor exception of the children size silverware :). We will definitely be returning to this property in the future. Great size for a family and/or friends with enough space for everyone to spread out if needed. Only one negative would be the need for additional towels which can be easily remedied. Excellent property!

Said there was a pull out couch in the bedroom with the king size bed, but there was no couch in that room. Great place tough. Spaceious and pretty new.

Close uber ride to downtown but not much around the house. House is big and great.

House was exactly as advertised. Upper Deck was awesome when we were done with Broadway at night. Would definitely recommend.

This place was Amazing. It was everything I hoped for and more. The house was spotless. All floors are hardwood. We were barefoot all the time in the house and our feet were clean! Kudos to your cleaning crew. When we come back, I will look nowhere else. It’s 3 miles from Broadway, so a fantastic location!
