Great location, easy walk to everything, totally enjoyed this property.

Fun layout within an easy walk to Lower Broadway, and the owner's communication made everything easy. It's a great choice for one or two couples.

Rooms were super cool and unique! We loved the private entrance! The location is great walking distance to broadway, the capital building, and the only Walgreens in the area!

This is a beautifully unique place within walking distance of Broadway, Printers Alley, 2nd, etc. There are great places to eat only a couple blocks away and shopping nearby as well. It was very clean and the check in couldn’t have been easier! The hosts are very easy to get in touch with and respond promptly. 10/10 recommend!!

Location is great! Restaurants, bars, coffee shops all an easy walk. Beds were not the most comfortable to us but some probably find them ok. Shower needs a mat or something to help it being very slippery.

2nd Stay and just as good as the first. Would recommend some brighter lighting…to get ready Despite the overlooking theme. Mattress was meh….. seriously it could have been better. Location was great as it was centrally located and minutes from everything?

It is a healthy walk to broadway, parking is expensive, the light above the bull was out, the shower handle was loose so took a minute to adjust temperature. It was not as noisy as we were expecting although we could hear heavy footsteps. The Rooms were super cute and clean. The mirror in the bathroom is super cute and convenient bc it has the setting to make the fog go away. The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances although we didn’t use any. I would definitely book again but I wish I had known how much the parking cost before hand because I don’t live somewhere that you have to pay for parking so it wasn’t even a thought. We paid like 60 a day for 24hr parking (idk if that’s high or not).

Loved our stay, very cool place in a great area. You can walk to just about anything downtown, great home base for a Nashville trip. I’ve had several friends ask about how to book this place, so y’all should be getting some more bookings.

Such a neat place! We were pleasantly surprised by the “hidden” doors to the bathroom and the second bedroom.

The speakeasy was a clever concept with cool things to discover. Communication was great and prompt .Unfortunately the place wasn't very clean. There were items left in the refrigerator. I literally wrote hi in the dust (see pic) there was some trash on the floor (see pic), the full length mirror was filthy dirty and the floor was extremely sticky. We had to spend time finding the Wi-Fi as the information was not correct on the wall. I had asked prior to arrival about the cot being fixed and it was not in working order. Cool place but plenty of room for improvement.

Nice property, definitely within walking distance of Broadway, and you could scooter to pretty much anywhere else. The Uber Eats driver dropped off our food in front of main entrance and it got stolen by the people in 303. The bathroom door was also loud and hard to close. Other than our food getting stole, it was a unique stay and we had a lot of fun.Ps two of the beds are pull out cots. They worked fine

We had a great time staying here! Close to everything and the checkin and check out was simple. The guide they supply when you book was perfect! I would have never known about the luggage drops in the area and one right around the corner. Would highly recommend this property!

Check-in was super easy. Its very easy to find. Beds are comfortable. I do wish there would have been a couch instead of a kitchen table. We didn't use any kitchen items but it looked like you could find just about anything you needed. Its an easy walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. Restaurants near by, if you want something close. Our only complaints came from things outside the unit that the owner can't control- the trash in the alley was spilling over onto the ground, the trash was picked up Tuesday morning around 515 AM, lasted for at least 15 minutes and woke everyone up. I would highly recommend not parking in the open lot directly across from the unit - a) its expensive and b)we woke up to a smashed out drivers window our first night there. We moved to the underground parking at the library and had better luck at a lower price. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

The speakeasy was fun and cozy. The access to property and all surrounding attractions was easy. The management was super helpful when we needed to stay an extra day due to rescheduling of our event.

When we had questions at check-in, they messaged us back very fast!! Also, the staff at the apartment/ condo were very nice as well!!

A group of us went down to Nashville for the very first time to celebrate my brother's birthday. Zac's place was super unique and was in a great walking location for Broadway and driving location for other locations in the area. The home was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was simple and Zac took the time to explain the area, parking, and answer any questions I had very quickly. If we make it down to Nashville again I would be more than happy to be hosted by Zac again!

Family overnight stay, perfectly unique from the entrance to the bathroom! Quiet also, which was surprising as it is in a larger building! Beds were super comfortable, parking all around (street, garage and lot all within a second of the location). The physical location allowed great exploration of all the city had to offer! Super responsive hosts also!

The space was very unique and had a lot of really cool details for the theme. However, the space is much more smaller than the pictures appear with no common area. The lighting is very dim in the bedrooms and the bathroom for getting dressed. The bathroom door is very loud when opening and closing so when going in the middle of the night it will wake others up. It comes with two rollout cats that are stored in the closet near the furnace. One of the cots was broken. There is not much room to put the cots out unless you want to sleep near the kitchen. The outdoor entrance is in an alley with overflowing garbage cans and often sketchy people walking through. This is the only unit that has a door both inside and outside. Overall wasn’t terrible, but probably would not choose this unit again if back in Nashville.

Loved the vibe of this unique place. It was a good location and walkable to Broadway, the Capital buildings and elsewhere.

We stopped for 2 nights on our way to New Orleans and had a great time. The listing is accurate and a close walk to downtown. Thanks for letting us stay!

I took my daughter to Nashville for the weekend for a birthday trip and I couldn't believe how fun this place was! It's so cool, and feels secret when you find the front door. We were blown away, and will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was really close to Broadway, but also great off Broadway places like painters alley.
