Perfect location and walking distance for 3 senior ladies. Very quiet unit and exactly as described.

This VRBO was in a good location, and access to downtown by walking was easy. The unit, overall, was a bit the worse for wear, but bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked, and met our needs. We did have issue with TV, and a book or note or something to explain how to use it would have been nice.Also, had some confusion over parking; property manager said we could park two cars in fenced area. We did, and the HOA president called a tow truck on one of our vehicles. We parked on the street where parking limit signed were bagged over as if out of service and that vehicle got ticketed.Otherwise, all was good.

Place is super cute! Totally Nashville! Broadway is just a couple block walk. Host was super responsive and helpful with our needs. Definitely recommend!

Delighted the accommodations were better than expected. Fit our group well. If Nashville becomes the destination again in the future, we will look here first.

Lovely, comfortable house minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of Broadway. Each bedroom having its own en suite was extra special. Would highly recommended.

Cute Nashville themed environment. Plenty of space and super walkable to Broadway and a local BBQ spot, Martin's. Appreciated that we had parking since parking in Nashville is expensive. Because of the walkability might not need a car next time we visit.

Awesome place to stay. Three bedrooms all with in suite baths which is really nice. Easy mile walk to the strip. My youngest (early 20's) was reaching out to friends to schedule future trips while we were there.

You know it’s a good rental place when you don’t have to reach out to the owners / property manager for any reason during your whole stay. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there for us as soon as we walked in the door. The communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic and we had all the information we needed. Great location with about a 10 - 15 minute walk to downtown or a short uber. We used the rental for an adult trip, but the rental would be great for a family too. I love that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Overall great experience.

What a convenient location to get to Broadway - but we sure got our steps in, in Nashville! Also uphill walk not as much fun after a long night in cowboy boots :) But also very close to some awesome restaurants in Sobro!Place was great, fun games in basement for our last night in. Kitchen well equipped and property managment very communicative. Highly recommend it.

Cute, clean and comfortable place with plenty of beds for everyone. It was an easy walk to Broadway! We didn’t have to pay for any Ubers. The manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the idea of 3 bedrooms with each of us having our own bathroom. There were 3 couples and it was perfect! Electrical outlet and light up mirrors in both upstairs bathrooms did not work. Reported and said they'd take care of it after we were gone which was ok with us. Dish washer didn’t work and reported and also said it would be fixed. Location was excellent for walking distance to Broadway. We would stay here again if we return at a later date. Easy parking along the street.

Great time with family and this condo was located in a good area. A little loud traffic, but hey, it’s Nashville. Plenty of room to spread out so those afternoon naps were not a problem

The place was great. The account managers were quick with responses as there was trouble getting into due to key code pad. It took sometime to unlock. Upon arrival the townhouse was clean and ready for new guests. They provided anything you could need in the kitchen and baths. The walk to Broadway wasn’t too bad the walk back was uphill. I highly recommend this townhome.

We had a 70th birthday party with 8 women and the set up was perfect. Great location!

This was the perfect property. There were 3 of us. We each got our own bedroom/bathroom. Easy walk to broadway. Perfect spot for a mix of business/fun

This was a great place for us! It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our large group. It is within walking distance of downtown. However, keep in mind the walk to town is easy because it is downhill, the walk back is up a decently big hill. We never felt nervous walking to or from the property. The home does show some wear and tear (wall scratches, loose towel racks, etc) but nothing major. I had great communication with the host. We did have internet troubles the entire stay but I was in communication with the host. Please also note that to get to the main floor of the house, you have to go up a flight of steps and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for our group but it did make unloading and loading a workout. Parking can be a bit hectic if you have multiple cars. There is street parking but finding a spot can be a challenge depending on the day. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend this property!

Great property! Easy walk to Broadway but far enough away to be quiet.

We took a group trip to spend a couple nights in Nashville. The property worked for the size of our group and had plenty of space. Listing was a little off about a twin bed in one of the bedrooms that didn’t exist, but we made it all work. Host was fine. We asked about things to do and never got any information. There also wasn’t much flexibility in dropping bags off early and asking for a late checkout seemed like a burden. Overall, it was a great place for a group of our size and proximity to downtown. Would recommend it for sure.

This property was about a mile walk to Broadway so it was very convenient. Pretty quiet neighborhood. The house was very nice. My only complaint was the bedroom that was on the lower level was very hot. We turned the thermostat down to help, but the guests that were sleeping upstairs were frozen while the guests sleeping downstairs were still hot. The bathroom attached to the downstairs bathroom is extremely small. The shower leaked all over the floor when it was used. The kitchen had everything you would need...several coffee makers, coffee grinder, etc. Overall, this was a good, affordable property that was close to all of the action.

We were in town for a show at the Ryman. It was a great location, very convenient and walkable. The property was great- comfortable, clean and far enough away from Broadway to be quiet and relaxing. A great stay.

We had a great time in Nashville. The VRBO was very nice and suited our needs for all 7 of us in our group. Nice walk to Broadway St.

The house and amenities were all that we had hoped for. Very clean and worked great for 3 couples. Would definitely rent again!
