Guests will have 100% private access to the first floor. *Please note that there is a permanent tenant living in the upstairs apartment.* The two sections of the home are completely separate so your rental is 100% private.brbrbrbr★ Parking★ brbrThere is plenty of free street parking.  However, this is in a location where you don't even need a car. It is walking distance from the legendary Swett's restaurant, Blackstone Brewery, the Merle Haggard mural, One City, Centennial Park, and HCA Healthcare! Wifi, cable, and parking included!brbrA regular priced non-surge UberX ride to Broadway, our famous strip with live music and bars, will cost around $10-$12 and take less than 10 minutes (without traffic).brbrInside the unit you will find everything you will need to relax and work on your trip. The building is brand new with all modern furnishings, including a full size washer and dryer.
