Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

House Rules

​​​​​​​☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.

☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

☞︎ Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250, and you will be asked to leave.

☞︎Be sure to leave the key fob in the home before departing. A $100 replacement fee applies to fobs that are lost or not returned after use.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 12 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ Before using the gas fireplace, be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. A fee of $200 will be charged if logs are moved. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can. Please bag and tie off all garbage before placing in the can.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

    The apartment is well suited for multiple couples with three king BRs with en suite bathrooms. The main living space is modern and bright.
