It’s so cozy and the decorations are so fun. All pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc are provided. Even a few cleaning things. It’s located in 100 year old farmhouse that has been completely redone on the inside and we’re still working on the outside. The house is quiet and you can study and rest and feel safe. Walk to bus stops. Your own private mailbox. brbrYou get the entire attic apartment to yourself it’s very private with your own private entrance. You’ll be sharing the house with others as there are five apartments in the house. But you probably won’t see them very often as everyone has their own private entrance.brbrBest for those under 6' tall and/or watch your head with the attic ceilings.brbrFree parking in the back yard shared with other guests.brbrFeel free to text or call me at any time if you have questions or need help.brbrThe house is located on a corner of a quiet neighborhood in the historic district of North Knoxville.
