Few locations on Norris Lake are in as close proximity to both the lake, the mountains, and the LaFollette/Jacksboro retail, restaurant, medical, and business district as we are. Across the street from Indian River Marina, we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet and very comfortable house nestled up next to Koi ponds, 100 yards from IRM and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails. brbrIf you need a great place to stay in this area; this is it. Four bedrooms and a bunk room provide enough beds for 15 people, and the three full bathrooms and one half bath assure privacy for everyone. Two separate living areas provide plenty of seating for everyone.brbrThe first floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room. Vaulted ceilings make the rooms airy and spacious. Outdoor furniture and an offset umbrella make this deck a perfect place to sit in the shade and watch the kids play in the water. The steps leading to the lake are winding, wide, and beautifully lit. The private dock easily accommodates 3 boats. Two paddle boards and two kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment.brbrAmenities outside also include a covered front porch with a gas grill, a double entrance asphalt driveway with plenty of room for parking and maneuvering your vehicles, and a fire pit for use at the end of a great day on the lake. brbrThere is a nicely maintained, free boat ramp approximately two miles away by land and one mile by boat. This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay nestled up next to Koi ponds, about 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails. brNew in 2018 the property is 600 s.f. with one sizable living room/kitchen combo and a bedroom with queen bed.
