Each booking includes our own Accidental Damage coverage, so no need to buy your own. There will be a refundable security deposit of $500 to cover any non-accidental damages or costs. This is done as a HOLD on the credit card and is initiated a few days before your arrival. It is released after your departure and our team's inspection.brbrOCCUPANCY: Local fire safety code and insurance considerations limit occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants).brbrCHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. For your safety, alcohol and glass are not allowed near the hot tub. The mountain air and relaxing soak should be more than enough to help you unwind after a day of traveling or exploring.brbrOUTDOOR GRILL: Located on the upper deck, this grill uses gas and functions on a timer for safety purposes. brbrFIRE PIT: We don't provide wood for the fire pit but that doesn't mean you should try to be a lumberjack. Please do not cut down our trees or break off branches. Save that burly energy and plan to bring or buy your own firewood. Many locations in the area sell bundles. brbrSERVICE COVERAGE: High speed internet (and WiFi calling) is available at the property, however, cellular and data service may be limited in the surrounding area. You are in the mountains, after all! We encourage getting into Gatlinburg first and then using your GPS to get to our cabin.
