Check-Out Process: Guest must vacate on or before Check-Out Time. Upon vacating Property, Guest agrees to properly secure the Property by ensuring that all exterior doors and windows are locked. Guest agrees to leave the Property in good condition. “Good condition” means, but is not limited to: all trash placed in outside trash receptacles; dirty dishes placed in dishwasher and dishwasher run; grill cleaned (if used) and cold ashes removed; all used towels placed inside showers/tubs; remove all perishable food; and log out of any streaming services utilized on any devices at the Property (Manager will not be responsible for charges made to any streaming accounts in the event you fail to log out).
