Down the stairs is a full finished basement with another room with queen bedroom, large living space with windows, kitchenette, and bathroom. The house has 3 king size beds as well as a bunk room that is a twin/full combo.brYou will love the unique 70’s style kitchen and a touch of 70’s vibe throughout the house. Downstairs there will be a loft type of room with a king size bed and small kitchenette as well a bathroom and another bedroom. This space also has its own entrance from the outside or can also be accessed from inside the house. There is also a small space with a full size bed, that is not considered a “typical bedroom” but offers privacy and just extra sleeping space (see photos). There are two sets of washer and dryers in the house. One upstairs and one downstairs. To summarize the bedding situation there are 3 rooms with king size beds, 2 upstairs and one in the loft style space downstairs. There is a bunk room that sleeps 3 and finally there is a second bedroom downstairs with a full size bed.brThe outside area is for your enjoyment, there is a small older play set that is usable as well as a small charcoal grill in the fenced in area. There is a small “carriage house” at the end of the driveway that is also used as an airbnb, so there may be someone using the common area but very unlikely. Those that stay in the carriage house are usually there for work or visiting their college age kids from Lee University.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor; the master with a king size bed and private bathroom with a soaking claw foot tub, and the front bedroom with a queen size bed. Another bathroom is located on the main floor boasting a large walk-in tiled, glass door, shower. Upstairs is a large room with 2 twin beds and a comfortable sitting area for reading or working when required. The kitchen is stocked with many small appliances, utensils, condiments, coffee and tea, and usually a snack or two. A Weber charcoal or gas grill is available on the back deck with ample seating to share a meal outdoors. In the living areas, kick back and unwind with your entire group, choosing from a favorite television show on the satellite TV, or a movie night complete with popcorn and delicious snacks. The dining area accommodates 8 guests easily. Additionally, you'll find all the comforts of home are offered here, including complimentary wireless internet access and in-unit laundry machines. In the evenings, sip a glass of wine while swinging on the large covered front porch .
